Plant Based – Cookies – Espresso

I am Dr. Raman Deshpande, Surgeon. Zessa, I have seen their products today, I’ve tasted many of them And they are actually fulfilling the requirement of, non-animal protein, stuff, which many of our athletes actually need. Those vegetarians were keen not to get any ordinary quality products, you know, and at the same time, fulfilling all the requirements. Zessa is actually really offering them very well. I would very strongly urge you to try them out and then maybe repeat that. if you feel that you are comfortable all the best.

I’m blown by the variety of dips and vegan butters that Saloni has crafted it is so amazing. The flavors are so delicate yet so balanced little balance and if you are a lover of everything clean and good and plant-based, you have to try zessa’s butter and dips.

The Sprouted Sorghum & Foxtail Millet loaf was the best bread I’ve ever eaten. The toast turned crisp on the outside and stayed soft inside. Just two slices were enough to fill me up! With the Chilli Garlic Cheese spread on top, it felt like I had eaten 4–5 regular bread slices and then the magic happened. My sugar levels, which were at 120 before breakfast, rose to only 128 after two hours compared to 220 with regular bread! I was shocked to realize I could skip my usual insulin shots and comfortably wait until lunch at 2 PM without needing any more insulin.

Most breads available in the market today are unhealthy and even harmful for people with diabetes, often causing sharp spikes in blood sugar levels and digestive discomfort. But Zessa Bread stands out. Specially formulated to support blood sugar stability and gut health, it’s a game-changer for those managing diabetes or digestive concerns. We’ve experienced the difference firsthand no sugar spikes, no bloating, and improved overall well-being. Highly recommended for anyone looking to make a smarter, healthier choice.
